Sweta Pinto
Sweta Pinto is the founder of SheBuilds Realty and a young entrepreneur at the beginning of her journey in building a purpose-driven real estate advisory. At 22, she is focused on learning the industry from the ground up while shaping a business rooted in transparency, guidance, and ethical practices.
As a founder, Sweta is actively involved in day-to-day operations, from client interactions and property research to understanding market realities and building trust through clarity. SheBuilds Realty was born from her belief that real estate should be approached with honesty, education, and long-term thinking rather than shortcuts or pressure-driven selling.
This startup marks the first step in her broader entrepreneurial vision; starting as realtors to gain real-world experience and capital, while steadily building a stronger, more structured advisory model for the future.
Co-Founder
Karthik
Karthik, 22, is the Co-Founder of SheBuilds Realty and partners with Sweta in building the foundation of the startup. He supports the business through networking, documentation coordination, financial structuring, and compliance-related processes, helping ensure smooth execution as the firm grows.
As a young entrepreneur, Karthik is focused on understanding the operational and legal aspects of real estate while contributing to the practical execution of the founders’ shared vision. Together, the founders are committed to learning, evolving, and building SheBuilds Realty step by step — with patience, discipline, and integrity.
Legal Advisor
Advocate Aroor Sukesh Shetty
Advocate Aroor Sukesh Shetty is the Legal Advisor for SheBuilds Realty, supporting the startup with legal guidance and compliance across real estate matters. With over a decade of legal practice, he is enrolled with the Bar Council of Karnataka and is a member of the Udupi Bar Association.
He practices before the District and Subordinate Courts in Udupi, Kundapura, and Karkala, and brings hands-on experience in Criminal and Civil matters, property documentation, agreements, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
As SheBuilds Realty grows, Advocate Sukesh Shetty helps ensure that property transactions are legally clear, well-structured, and compliant, offering both the founders and clients confidence at every step. His guidance supports the firm’s commitment to building trust, transparency, and responsible real estate practices from the very beginning.
